A Bilaskhani Todi a Todi család történetének igen fontos Rágája. Bár a Bhairavi-val megegyező hangsora van, mégis leginkább más Todi Rágákhoz hasonlít. Az ereszkedő frázis rendszerint erős komal Dha-val kezdődik. Az emelkedő hangsorból kimarad a Ma és a Ni, az ereszkedő hangsorból pedig gyakran kimarad a Pa és a Sa, a Ga és a Dha pedig finom oszcillációt kap.
